- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Hight level (C-Level relationship with different stakeholders) and networking.
- Travel availability (Cartagena & Medellin).
- Creation of strategic partnerships (not just transactional).
- Knowledge of structuring strategic account plans with medium and long term vision.
- Able to develop strategic vision maps, generation of strategic plans, structuring plans for new business with clients and new business methodologies.
- Visits with clients on daily basis.
- Rigorous CRM management.
- Information and time management (data accuracy).
- Bachelor's and postgraduate degree (Electrical, electronic, mechatronic, industrial engineering)
- 4+ years' of relevant work experience
- Advanced english level
- Experience in electric / energy segment (national energy context awareness)
