Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Hight level (C-Level relationship with different stakeholders) and networking.
Travel availability (Cartagena & Medellin).
Creation of strategic partnerships (not just transactional).
Knowledge of structuring strategic account plans with medium and long term vision.
Able to develop strategic vision maps, generation of strategic plans, structuring plans for new business with clients and new business methodologies.
Visits with clients on daily basis.
Rigorous CRM management.
Information and time management (data accuracy).

Qualifications

Bachelor's and postgraduate degree (Electrical, electronic, mechatronic, industrial engineering)
4+ years' of relevant work experience
Advanced english level
Experience in electric / energy segment (national energy context awareness)

Utilities market knowlegde

Proactive mindset
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Other requirements

Knowledge in medium and low voltage power systems, control and protection (automation of electrical substations), digital substations (energy management software, advanced metering (digital grid), grids of the future, knowledge of energy communities (distributed energy resources, energy storage).
