- Responsible for nurturing strong relationships with our Key Account customers and buyers.
- Driving sales growth through innovative sales strategies and effective marketing initiatives.
- Negotiating advantageous trading terms, proposing impactful marketing activities within budget constraints, and ensuring seamless execution of promotions.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor products
- Driving sales & exceeding sales targets.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Manage collection hygiene.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM /Diploma/Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years experience in FMCG (Modern Trade) will be preferable (Food & Beverage, Frozen Food products).
- Required skill(s) : Communication, Problem-Solving.
- Self-Oriented and proactive that can work with minimal supervision.
- Highly disciplined and sales driven.
- Capable of generating reports and presentations using MS Office.
