Job Responsibility Support the HR Manager in executing HR and administrative processes, including human resources and general administration. Manage payroll processing, which encompasses monthly salaries, statutory contributions, allowances, commissions, incentives, claims, advance salary, overtime, attendance processes, bonuses, and increments. Under the guidance of HR Manager, ensuring payroll compliance with local statutory requirements and company policies. Under the supervision of HR Manager, proactively review and update relevant payroll policies and procedures. Prepare monthly and annual payroll summaries for HR Manager review. Maintain and update both physical and digital employee profiles. Assist in daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, and foreign workers' affairs. Undertake additional HR and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources Management, or an equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome, and applicants with experience will be given additional considerations.
