- Manage induction processes and procedures
- Managing competencies and medical checks of staff
- Manage and pull reports around specific project HSW data
- Inputting of data
- Set up the rotas
- Month end reporting
- Supporting within internal Skanska reports and auditing.
- Scanning and filing documents
- Managing and supporting with the Highways passport scheme on the project for both Skanska employees and also with supply chain
- Ability to help in creation and management of systems and digital processes for HSW on the project
- Creating and distributing communications, presentations and other media
- Production and distribution of notes / minutes from scheduled / unscheduled meetings and committees
- Collecting and maintaining incident reports and information
- Ad-hoc duties
- Driving Licence
- Able to multitask

- Work under pressure
- Excel powerpoints - admin skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Teams, outlook, sharepoint
- Experience with highways passport
- Previous knowledge of working direct within a HSW team / role desirable
- Business NVQ or similar
- Clear and Concise Communication skills
- Knowledge of project wise
- First aid / mental health qualifications
- General H&S qualifications or working towards
