  • Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, when required.
  • Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assisting with light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Transportation: Providing transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Giving them the freedom and choice when require.
Our Care Professional and Clients enjoy minimum of 1-hour visit, giving the valuable time together so both of you are relaxed without being rushed.You will be matched to you client and will remain under their care, allowing you to build a rapport and familiarisation, to engage with each other and you will get to know how they like their to be delivered; from their personal care to what they enjoy as their hobbies and interests.You will supporting them to stay at home with their creature comforts and familiar environments.
