Remote Legal Counsel

• Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of aviation-related matters, including regulatory compliance, contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments affecting the airline industry and advise management on potential impacts and strategies.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and participate in legal risk assessments to mitigate potential liabilities.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities to address legal issues and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the resolution of legal disputes, claims, and investigations as needed.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• Experience as a legal counsel, preferably in the aviation or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, contract law, corporate law, and commercial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, MS Office Suite, and contract management software.
