- Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
- Delivery: As part of an engagement team manage and deliver SAP implementation projects - use your deep expertise to identify the organization's needs, define the business or technology architecture, oversee the solution design and implementation, and manage team activities and progress.
- Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff.
- People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices.
- Business Development: Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor. Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor
- At least 8 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
- Deep knowledge and implementation experience with SAP procurement modules and processes and integrations
- Functional configuration and design experience with SAP Ariba, and SAP Materials Management (MM)
- S4 HANA implementation experience
- Participation in all phases of at least 4 SAP Supply Chain/Procurement implementations with at least 2 in a Lead role
- Experience leading blueprint design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience with SAP APO, SAP PP, and SAP SRM
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable Process and Vendor Payment process
- Prior “Big 4” consulting experience
- Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships
- Experience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials
- Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
- Signavio experience
- Greenfield implementation experience
- Masters degree
