As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?Ceva Logistics Romania is looking for Senior Accountant based in Bucharest.Purpose of the role:·Managing the accounting process for the company and ensuring that financial statements are accurate, timely and in compliance with local and corporate regulatory requirements.·Ensuring that the company financial records are in line with accounting standards, company polity and legal requirements.·Managing the company accounting functions including AP, AR, GL together with SSC, coordinate the treasury/local payments·Participates to the preparation and submission of monthly closing, monthly VAT tax declarations and corporate tax.·Takes care of the Fixed assets module: creation, disposal, running the depreciation in line with the Romanian legislations and corporate procedures;·Fixed assets monthly reconciliation and participation at yearly inventory count;·Reporting to local or cluster management on ad-hoc basis, answering of ad-hoc demands from state authorities like statistical office, national bank, etc.·Cooperation with SSC, cluster accounting & controlling teams and external tax advisors.·Contribute to the production of the final statements monthly, bi-annual, annual.·Participation in accounting and tax authority control/audits.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:·High/University education in economics.·Qualification as a Registered Chartered Accountant would be a plus.·Min. 5 years of experience as an accountant.·Fluent English verbally and written.·Confident knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email programs.·Proven experience with accounting system JDE is a plus·Integrity, independence, strong analytical skills, attention to details, adaptability, communication skills.As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed.
