The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing our meticulously crafted curriculum and assessment framework, ensuring top-notch learning experiences for all students.Job Duties:
  • Lead a classroom of students and deliver the complete curriculum
  • Provide high-quality and impactful learning opportunities
  • Collaborate with learning support assistants and interdisciplinary teams
  • Inspire and motivate students, parents, and colleagues
  • Achieve excellent rates of progress and achievement for all students
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents, professionals, and the community
  • Contribute to the broader school community
Required Qualifications:
  • PGCE
  • QTS
  • Degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
  • Experience in teaching children with SEND, especially autism spectrum disorders
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Proficient behaviour management skills
  • Understanding of SEND and SEMH
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional training or certifications in Special Education
