As a Quality Compliance Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to quality and compliance within our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards, ultimately contributing to the delivery of superior products to our customers.The key responsibilities of the Quality Compliance Specialist are:
  • Quality Assurance Oversight: Monitor and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from incoming raw materials to finished products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, RoHS, REACH) and ensure our manufacturing practices align with these requirements.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate documentation related to quality control procedures, inspections, audits, and certifications.
  • Audits and Inspections: Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate external audits with regulatory agencies or certification bodies as necessary.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances, and lead root cause analysis activities to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize quality processes, streamline workflows, and enhance product quality and reliability.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred:
  • Experience in Auditing and Training under the following standards(ISO 13485 &/or IATF 16949)
  • Strong Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality System Management
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
