Job Description

Provide clerical and administrative support
Assist Maintain document control processes for efficient management. .
Assist prepare tender document for submission
Liaison with external parties.
Maintain client and project database
Other administrative duties assigned by Manager;
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments/ tasks as required.

Requirements:

Certificate or above;
Minimum of 1 years of clerical support experience;
Hands-on experience in all aspects of the Tender submission process is an advantage
Good PC knowledge;
Self-motivated with positive working attitude and willingness to learn
