My client is a successful, growing company with brand new offices in Cork. Due to growth and ongoing success, they are looking for an Office Administrator/ Receptionist to ensure the smooth running of the busy office.This role will be a key permanent role supporting the Administration function and working with a friendly team.ABOUT THE ROLE:Office Administration Duties:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Signing in Guests
  • Emails, typing, filing, handling post
  • Maintain and update logs for phone, mail, supplies, deliveries etc
  • Deal with incoming calls to the office
  • Follow up & Liaise with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance
  • Ensure adherence to controls
  • Document control
