As the Procurement Operations Analyst you will have a strong background in change management and process improvement and you will play a crucial in developing advanced analytical tools and maintaining processes that support strategic procurement and operational initiatives.The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in enhancing and automating procurement processes, contributing to the efficiency and innovation of our operations.Please note that whilst this is a remote working role, there is a need for ad hoc travel to West London and you must hold UK right to work.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily procurement operations and continuously improve the Procurement In-take tool and other operational systems.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using PowerBI, providing insights into procurement metrics, spend analysis, and savings.
  • Utilise advanced analytics to drive decision-making, integrating data from diverse sources to optimise procurement strategies and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive broader organisational change, leveraging expertise in change management to enhance procurement and related processes.
  • Lead initiatives focused on system and process improvements, employing a variety of change management and automation techniques.
  • Design and implement robust reporting frameworks and dashboards to enhance visibility and drive business intelligence across the organisation.
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement analytics, with a strong foundation in change management and process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A professional qualification in change management is highly advantageous.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros), Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce and interpret detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating and influencing across various levels of the organisation.
