- Oversee daily procurement operations and continuously improve the Procurement In-take tool and other operational systems.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using PowerBI, providing insights into procurement metrics, spend analysis, and savings.
- Utilise advanced analytics to drive decision-making, integrating data from diverse sources to optimise procurement strategies and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive broader organisational change, leveraging expertise in change management to enhance procurement and related processes.
- Lead initiatives focused on system and process improvements, employing a variety of change management and automation techniques.
- Design and implement robust reporting frameworks and dashboards to enhance visibility and drive business intelligence across the organisation.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement analytics, with a strong foundation in change management and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A professional qualification in change management is highly advantageous.
- Expert proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros), Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce and interpret detailed reports and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating and influencing across various levels of the organisation.
- £65,000 - £80,000 per annum + Bonus
- Remote working with ad hoc travel to West London
