We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of consulting and engineering to installation and commissioning, to the last stages of decommissioning and remediation.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Overview – Worley are currently looking for a Project Engineering Manager to work on a greenfield Danish ports and pipelines project designed for the transportation and storage of domestic and international CO2 emissions. This will be designed to be a large scale, economical and safe CO2 storage network with the aim to work towards the zero emissions by 2030 and 2050 climate goals. We are ideally looking for someone who is a fluent Danish speaker due to nature of the market / client we are supporting.Project Engineering ManagerRole ContextThe candidates will have the primary responsibility for the technical delivery of projects across pre-FEED, FEED, Detail Design and Construction.This is a dynamic role that will require your strong communication and leadership skills as well as problem-solving skills to lead SME’s and multi-discipline teams and to drive efficient and effective project delivery.As Project Engineering Manager, you will be directly involved in delivering engineering management on innovative energy transition projects from FEED through construction. You’ll oversee a multidiscipline engineering team and be supported by a strong group of project based and digital specialists.You will need to demonstrate the ability to effectively interface all engineering activities including multiple Worley offices, third party engineering services and clients.You'll be:

A strong safety leader, driving attitudes and behaviors and promoting the Worley safety culture
Managing the entire engineering project work scope and resources on a given project
Ensuring that engineering delivery meets scope, time, cost and quality
Monitoring and reporting on engineering progress
Identifying and addressing cross-discipline issues and conflicts to ensure overall engineering input is coherent
Leading the technical input required for tender / bid submissions

QualificationsYou'll have:

Experience in project stages Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC & EPCM
Experience in running a large engineering task force
The ability to guide and influence the customer
Strong commercial awareness
Sound sustainability awareness
Understanding of and ability to apply AWP principles
Understanding of and commitment to robust project control systems and processes
Fluent Danish speaker is essential
A degree and preferably chartered status
