TasksResponsibilities:Perform maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and associated wellness products with precision and attention to detail.Test and balance water chemistry to ensure optimal soaking conditions.Installation of Hot Tubs and troubleshoot faults, including replacement and fitting of Heat pumps, heaters, jets etc.Communicate with customers to diagnose issues and provide expert solutions.Service, Clean and sanitise hot tubs to a high standard, offering advice to customers to enhance their product enjoyment.RequirementsRequirements:Prior experience in hot tub maintenance or a related field preferred, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast paced team.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, and a can do attitude are required at all times. Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or related field would be beneficial .Knowledge of water chemistry and treatment methods, is desirable, however training will be provided.Valid and Clean driver's license required as the successful candidate will be field based and on the road daily, traveling around the Midlands and further afield.Excellent communication, and ability to assist customers in answering any questions and addressing concerns professionally.Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.Physical fitness and endurance to undertake manual labor in diverse weather conditionsBenefitsBenefits:Competitive pay based on experience, and commissionOpportunities for advancement in a growing company.Discounts on hot tub products and services.Join a fun and supportive team dedicated to making every soak sensational!Ready to dive in?
