- Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

- Start Date: September or sooner if possible
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Support students with personal care and medical needs, as required.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and respected.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Understanding of various special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
