Seven Social Care is looking for a Team Leader in Finance/Administration to fill an exclusive opportunity in Gloucestershire.We have opportunities available for up to 12 months and the pay is £20.38 Umbrella per hour.The Hiring manager is looking for someone who can work 37 hours a week (various shifts available from Monday to Sunday).The role:To provide effective leadership and management to the team to deliver a comprehensive administration and financial business support function to the service area, ensuring that appropriate administrative and financial standards and procedures are implemented and maintained.Key Responsibilities:Provide overall leadership and management to the administration team by the recruitment, mentoring and management (including performance management) of the staff reporting to the post, in accordance with the County Councils policy & procedures.Oversee the planning, initiating, organising, and monitoring the provision of administrative/finance support for the service area.Delegate tasks, as appropriate, to ensure that a high-quality service is delivered.Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations in your department and ensure that workloads are completed within the requisite time periods.Developing the skills of the administrative/financial support team and reviewing performance in conjunction with the service area.If this role is something you'd be interested in or available to undertake, please could you reply to this email with your CV ASAP?
