Automation Personnel Services is looking for an experienced Cost Accountant for a company based in Dalton, Ga. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction at a family-owned and operated manufacturer in the rug industry.Pay Rate
$60,000-$70,000 per yearSchedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 30 am to 5 00 pm.Cost Accountant Duties and Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and oversee purchasing cost.
- Record data in accounting system.
- Maintain documentation and records.
- Collect and compile purchasing data for analysis.
- Recommend cost and cost savings.
- At least 2-3 years of previous cost accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and experience in accounting software.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
