- Maintaining financial records by accurately recording day-to-day transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales, and receipts.
- Generating basic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and Internal monthly report.
- Providing support during audits by preparing documents, gathering information, and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Ensuring all financial data is accurately entered into accounting software and maintaining organized records.
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding financial matters, such as payment inquiries and invoice discrepancies.
- Providing general administrative assistance to such as filing documents, answering phones.
- Assisting with special projects or tasks assigned by senior accountants or management as needed.
