BBA or MBA major in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a reputed university.1+ year of professional experience in HR and administrative roles.Females are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a MUST.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Ability to tackle new challenges, perform proactively, and take ownership.A constant desire to grow, learn and explore new things.Additional RequirementsInspiring Team Member and Proactive Communicator: You possess the ability to motivate and inspire your team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
