- Support the implementation of different programmes from our Continuous Listening Strategy (Climate & Pulse surveys);
- Support leads or stakeholders throughout every step in the process, including query resolution, guidance or by developing information materials;
- Contribute to the implementation of our Climate Community initiatives and engaging everyone around our events;
- Support work for other DEI related projects or initiatives.
- Currently in study for a bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, Economics or Business
- Fluent English language required
- Familiar with general office tools (Microsoft)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with various stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently on tasks and at the same time be a team player
- Assertive, pragmatic, resilient and a can-do attitude
- Strong personality with the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Awareness and passion for Human Resources topics and trends impacting the future of leadership and the future of the workplace, work and workers
- Ability to coordinate different tasks, analyse and support detailed data and processes
- Your starting date is appr 1st of July 2024
- The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- You will be based in our global Head Office in Amsterdam
- You will receive an internship fee of €500 (HBO/WO)
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
- You are enrolled at an educational institution for the full duration of the internship - this is a must-have prerequisite
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU
- English language.
- Good data gathering and analytical skills (knowledge of excel is a must!).
- A strong interest to learn about the glass category.
- Curiosity to drive change and work in a multicultural environment.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
