Job Description:Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to join our team at Ericsson. In this role, you will be vital in providing a high degree of administrative support and services to our managers, unit leadership teams and, where applicable, other unit members. At times, you may represent the unit and make decisions on behalf of your manager. Additionally, you'll contribute to various projects within the administrative scope, acting as an expert for our administrative support systems when needed. Supporting our internal processes and informing about Ericsson's systems and tools are key parts of this role. If you're someone who values efficiency, is able to react to business ethics' principles and is eager to enable the line organization to focus on our core business, we'd love to hear from you.What you will do:
Support with use of Ericsson administrative tools & other general tools (EGMS, EriDoc, Sharepoint etc);
Work with process and information automation within the system;
Assist in the preparation of PMOC (Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan), procedures, performance indicators, control of purchase of materials and management of suppliers and service providers;
Digitization of processes and Dashboard – Facilities/SJC (Power BI).
The skills you bring:
Ongoing degree: IT, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Data Science, among other courses
Intermediate level of English;
Availability to work in São José dos Campos;
Knowledge in Power Bi, Python, Power Automation and SQL is a plus.
