This role is responsible for supporting and deployment process of Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) measurement framework utilization across brands, analyzing data, developing, and delivering analyses. This role requires experience measuring, mining, and generating insights from digital customer engagement data within all digital channels, including website, paid media, social media, and email campaign data sets.Specific responsibilities
  • Supporting Director, Marketing Analytics in day-to-day work and communication.
  • Strong hands on experience in building time series statistical models preferably in the marketing/media data.
  • Hands on experience and skillset in A/B test, Test/Control analysis, statistical model based on panel data.
  • Set measurement and key performance indicators for digital and related cross-channel spend and ROI optimization in liaison with brand and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with commercial analytics and data science analytics teams to ensure smooth communication and synergy.
  • Support design of measurement framework across business franchise and partners. Manage regular communications with media agency.
  • Identify standards and rules pertaining to acquisition and use of relevant data, guide data management team on in-house data acquisition as well as data governance.
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics.
  • 6+ years of applicable full-time work experience with at least four years in digital marketing analytics and optimization.
  • Hands on with at least one statistical analysis platform such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Experience and knowledge of advanced Statistical models and methods, and Statistical Design of Experiments.
  • Experience in mixed media modeling and digital attribution models.
  • Knowledge of media planning process and experience with media agency management.
  • Client focused and responsive.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as demonstrable in oral management presentations, succinct PowerPoint stories and layout, as well as structured syntheses and recommendations.
  • Willingness to "have an opinion" backed up by insight and analytics and the confidence to influence key stakeholders in meetings and one to one basis.
  • Strategic business acumen, focus on results, passion for keeping up with media and technology trends.
  • Highly collaborative work style.
  • Proven track record of professional success in analytics role.
