Please share the candidates.Foreign Exchange ServicesEducation: Master's in Management or equalLocation: Goregaon, MumbaiProfessional Experience:- Understanding of Resident Individual Outward Remittances both from LRS regulation and ecosystem perspective- Should have exposure to new age digital modes of acquiring and reaching out to customers- Customer centric- Partner acquisition for larger organization level tie-ups- Exposure to Internationally Education Consultant and advisor tie-up- Product and process note finalization and seeking approval from ORM / IRM etc.- Indepth knowledge of :# LRS, remittances, forex card# RBI & other regulatory guidelines# Market & competition- Capability to conceptualise business solutions- Product development & management- Team management- Digital savvy- Identify new business segments & formulate strategies- Competent in coordinating with internal depts & getting things done- Manage MIS, monitor & analyse business trends- Ability to manage Product PnL
