Accept ClosePress Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkSearch by KeywordSearch by LocationSearch by KeywordSearch by LocationLoading...Team:LocationType:Grade:Create Alert×Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:StartPlease wait...Manager Inline Buying (ORI FTW)PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:This role is responsible for the inline category in terms of managing merchandising planning, buying in determining store clusters, article selection, article depth, and timely providing sales analysis, trading/fashion trend recommendation to support the business.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Season Buying Planning:· To develop buy plan per channel, per store cluster according to buying strategy, top down financial target, and deeply understanding of fashion trend and consumer.· Conduct historical analysis in terms of buying structure and provide proposals for pre-season buying structures for each channel at cluster and store level.· Based on existing analysis model to provide detailed analysis on the article level to identify key drivers for top selling articles, as well as slow moving articles.· Develop each channel, and store cluster proposal and distribution plan.· Monitor buying quantity vs. budget; reconcile buy plan to merchandise plan.Assortment Planning:· Create assortment plans by channel/store clusters based on GCA RA, local needs & C/C calendar· Create detailed product & store segmentation/cluster by Product segment & store segmentation· Help to develop assortment seasonal strategy, according to segmentation, local needs and sell-out data· Create and recompile a clear merchandising strategy at a store cluster level· Integrate with BC and RM into c/c campaign planning with right mandatory package to build up at cluster levelIn-Season Buying Execution:· Work closely with X-function team to monitor ST% and product performance by channel, region and store format, to have quick actions based on performance.· Lead in the process to provide ongoing product and category performance and quantitative analysis.· Provide analysis to develop mark down strategy and support markdown and clearance process.· Maintain & Monitor compliance of pre-season buy as well as planning calendarPost-Season Review:· Provide analysis and documentation for post-season review.· Provide seasonal deep dive analysis for customers.· Partner with X-function team to develop action steps for next season.KEY RELATIONSHIPS:OMB Planning, OMB IST, BU, Retail & ECOM Operations team, Product Sales, VM Team, etc.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Bachelor advanced degree, with solid years in consumer industry with at least 6 years in merchandising / buying function
- Sensitive to fashion industry and sneaker trend.
- Good understanding of retail business (both online/offline)
- Prefer very good Excel skills and ability to develop useful models/tools
- Prefer good presentation and PPT skills
