- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales and Business Development: Lead the full sales cycle, including inbound and outbound calls, outreach activities, and cold-calling to acquire new clients.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster strategic partnerships with key players in the EV charging industry to expand Mobilyze.it's reach and offerings.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure deals that align with the company's objectives.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Develop sales forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Industry Networking: Build and maintain a strong network within the EV charging industry by attending conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and assess the financial viability of potential projects and partnerships.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, account management, and strategic partnerships in the technology or energy industry.
- Strong sales skills, including experience with full-cycle sales, inbound and outbound calls, and cold-calling.
- Exceptional proposal development and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities and industry knowledge.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English is a Must, and any additional languages are highly desired.
