The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by driving client relationships, sales, strategic partnerships, and overall business growth. If you are passionate about the electric vehicle industry and have a proven track record in business development, this role is for you. Kindly note that this is a Solo role with a 360-degree assignment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead the full sales cycle, including inbound and outbound calls, outreach activities, and cold-calling to acquire new clients.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster strategic partnerships with key players in the EV charging industry to expand Mobilyze.it's reach and offerings.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure deals that align with the company's objectives.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Develop sales forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Industry Networking: Build and maintain a strong network within the EV charging industry by attending conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and assess the financial viability of potential projects and partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, account management, and strategic partnerships in the technology or energy industry.
  • Strong sales skills, including experience with full-cycle sales, inbound and outbound calls, and cold-calling.
  • Exceptional proposal development and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and industry knowledge.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is a Must, and any additional languages are highly desired.
