Offer DescriptionConferențiar universitar, position 10The Department of Machine Elements and Tribology ensures the training of students by specialization in the field of Industrial Engineering and in the field of Economic Engineering in Mechanical Fields. Research is one of the key points of the department. Research grants are underway in Romania but also internationally, through cooperation with industrial partners. The graduates of these specializations are integrated in professions such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, designer, consultant or economic engineer in the mechanical field, manager et alt. to national and international companies.Research is one of the key points of the department. The associate professor will also be responsible to initiate new research projects and to contributing to and leading the development of the research area within the research group and the department. The associate professor will also be responsible to initiate new research projects and to contributing to and leading the development of the research area within the research group and the department. The department key research areas are Machine Elements. and TribologyMuch of the focus within this area is currently on environmentally sustainable solutions. National projects are financed by the multiannual National Research-Development and Innovation Plan for the period 2022 - 2027 (PNCDI).The associate professor will be responsible for facilitating academic exchanges with universities from abroad.Organe de mașini I: This subject, translated as "Machine Elements I" in English, delves into the fundamental components that constitute machinery. It covers the design, analysis, and application of essential machine elements such as threaded assemblies, shaft-hub assemblies, welded assemblies, springs, shafts, and bearings, providing students with comprehensive knowledge on assembling and maintaining various types of machines. For each type of machine element, their components, their role, mode of operation, the materials used in their construction and the calculation methods for dimensioning and verification are specified.Mecanisme și Organe de mașini II: This subject, translated as "Mechanisms and Machine Elements II" in English, presents basic notions in the field of mechanisms and machine elements used mainly in mechanical engineering. Theoretical and constructive elements specific to each type of mechanism and machine element are presented: removable assemblies, welded assemblies, springs, shafts, bearings. Special attention is paid to the study of the operation of machine elements in the mechanical systems in which they are mounted. For each type of machine element, their components, their role, mode of operation, the materials used in their construction and the calculation methods for dimensioning and verification are specified.Mecanisme și organe de mașini: This subject, translated as "Mechanisms and Machine Elements" in English, presents basic notions in the field of mechanisms and machine elements used mainly in the field of energy engineering.
