- Educación: Egresado o próximo a recibirse de carreras afines al rol (Administración, Dirección de Empresas, Contador Público, entre otras)
- Experiencia laboral: 5 a 8 años en tareas/roles similares (Auditoria, Control Interno preferentemente)
- Idiomas Inglés avanzado. Portugués intermedio.
- Habilidades técnicas: Conocimiento sólido de paquete Office. Conocimientos de Control Interno y Compliance fuertemente valorado.
- Habilidades blandas: Fuerte orientación al cliente. Capacidad de adaptabilidad a los cambios. Destacadas habilidades de comunicación y organización. Con apertura.
- Liderar la planificación del ciclo anual interno de Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC) para la región de SudAmerica.
- Preparar los entrenamientos necesarios durante el año y brindar los mismos a los stakeholders de la región siendo los entrenamientos base: kick-off Focal Points (30 personas); presentación etapas iniciales Documentación & Testing (entre 50 y 100 personas)
- Dar soporte a la región durante el año para asegurar el cumplimiento de las distintas etapas y de los deadlines internos establecidos. Será el principal punto de contacto de SA para los temas de FRC específicamente.
- Mapeo, gestión y realización del cierre del ciclo con Sign-Off Performers (responsables de las distintas Org. Units)
- Preparación y presentación de la Auditoria anual de Supervisores y Segregación de Funciones (SoD) a través de la herramienta ARMoR Cockpit (Scope: 800 supervisores aproximadamente)
- Principal punto de contacto de FRC SA
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las guidelines/requerimientos que nos impactan directamente (R1 Internal Controls over Financial Reporting, Internal Approvals & Protocolos internos de nuestro equipo)
- Mantener la documentación de nuestros procesos internos actualizada.
