Our client is one of the leading Thai conglomerate firm with various portfolios.Job Description

Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy levels and maximize revenue across the retail portfolio.
Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities to attract high-quality tenants that align with the company's brand and target demographic.
Negotiate lease agreements, including terms, conditions, and rental rates, while ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and events that drive traffic and enhance the retail experience.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences, and leverage insights to inform leasing decisions.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders to foster a collaborative leasing environment.
Prepare and present leasing reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and opportunities for optimization

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a focus on retail properties.
Proven track record of success in leasing negotiations, deal structuring, and tenant relationship management.
Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, including consumer behavior, tenant mix strategies, and leasing trends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective leasing strategies.
Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving leasing targets and driving portfolio performance.
