- Identify and target potential clients in both the commercial and residential sectors.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide expert advice on pool designs, construction, and maintenance.
- Prepare and present proposals that meet client specifications and budget requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the project development process from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects adhere to regulatory standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with the project progress and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure a high level of client retention and satisfaction.
- Collect client feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments, including design, construction, and finance, to ensure project success.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team objectives.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in the pool industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of pool construction, design, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the pool industry or a related field.
