Lambert by LLYC is seeking for a SEO Manager to join our team and coordinate and be involved in the day-to-day SEO strategy of our clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about their work and has the ability to make decisions autonomously, leading the coordination of the day-to-day department.Responsibilities:You will be part of our global SEO team and your main tasks will be:
  • Defining strategies and proposals based on SEO criteria
  • Actively contributing in the preparation of commercial proposals
  • Interlocutor with clients and their teams, carrying out status and monitoring of their strategies
  • SEO audits
  • Linkbuilding
  • Technical recommendations: WPO, core web vitals, canonicals, hreflang, sitemaps, redirects, structured data, log analysis, and other determining factors
  • Research, analysis, and monitoring of the competition
  • Tracking of KPIs and reporting
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with SEMrush, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
  • Experience in team management and task planning
  • Experience in dealing with clients, explaining clearly any aspect related to SEO and answering any questions that may arise
  • Used to working with commercial proposals and defining the SEO strategy to be followed with new clients
  • Off-page SEO: linkbuilding strategies
  • Technical SEO: knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and different CMS for their SEO optimization
  • Curiosity about SEO trends in the market
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Analytical ability
  • Proactive and resolutive attitude
  • Used to using dashboards in Google Looker
  • Good writing skills
  • Bachelor or degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, or similar
