- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, overseeing all aspects of configuration, customization, and maintenance to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, workflows, and processes by owning root cause analysis, align feasibility and expectations.
- Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, and other Salesforce components as needed.
- Implement and manage integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless information flow between Salesforce and other platforms.
- Develop and execute data management strategies, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration, to maintain high-quality data within Salesforce.
- Provide technical support and training to users, empowering them to leverage Salesforce effectively and efficiently in their day-to-day activities.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, evaluating and implementing new functionalities to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, to optimize processes and drive alignment across departments.
- Address technical challenges/debt (potentially partnering with IT and external consultants) to ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Developer preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions to support complex business processes and requirements.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools, including but not limited to custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder and flows.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, or middleware preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred.
- Previous CLM software (DocuSign CLM, Conga etc) is a plus.
- DevOps Cycle knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and solve complex problems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and foster collaboration across teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
