Manage the supervision and management of construction activities to assign projects and assist to implement and monitor the construction standard of procedure (SOP). Conduct work planning and sequencing of the construction operation to the project quality plan. Evaluate, resolve, and report discrepancies and problems arising during the progress of construction work that affected the quality of works performed. Conduct daily briefings with the site team and follow up on work progress to anticipate any possible delay in planned tasks. Coordinated project work such as additional and alteration work, maintenance, and defects work. To monitor the quality of works done by sub-contractors, workers, and items delivered to the site. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Required skills: MS Office, Excel, MS Project, CPM, etc. Preferably 5 years of working experience in the managerial construction industry. Possess a positive attitude, and ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. Willing to travel. Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
