- Plan, manage, and oversee all testing service activities for assigned accounts, aligning with the account strategy and customer requirements.
- Maintain the testing scope in line with strategic objectives, optimize program plans, and resolve conflicts to drive business results.
- Foster engagement and effectiveness within the testing team, including onshore, offshore, and customer testers, through ongoing guidance and mentorship.
- Manage testing P&L aspects in accordance with account governance guidelines, focusing on cost elements.
- Cultivate partnerships with internal teams and customers to deliver holistic services and identify growth opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and business environments to enable new testing opportunities and promote continuous growth.
- Establish credibility and strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
- Develop and lead direct and indirect teams to achieve testing program objectives.
- Foster a trusted advisor relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in delivering testing services or project management execution.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Five (5) years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience managing projects in a global setup across multiple countries.
- Ability to operate within complex, multi-interface environments.
- Expertise in end-to-end service delivery in the software testing domain.
- Highly strategic with expertise in business development within the software testing domain.
- Demonstrates an innovative mindset.
- Proficient in communicating and engaging with C-suite level individuals.
- Highly proactive and adaptable to meet the demands of the role.
