- - Asset onboarding is an existing squad responsible for creating digital services for automated self-service asset onboarding, co-creating built-in solutions for application & admin accounts, migrate apps to future proof authentication methods and developing and integrating third party IDP protection service.
- - Certificate Management is an existing squad responsible for providing trust to the bank through PKI and certificate services, managing certificate compliance & reporting, supporting transition towards quantum resilient PKI.
- - Identity & Account Management 4 Machines is a new squad responsible for managing identity and accounts for machines, manage identity compliance reporting for machines, account discovery and remediation services and asset discovery and onboarding services.
- - Access Management 4 Machines is a new squad responsible for managing roles/policies for machines, managing access requests for machines and third parties, managing segregation of duties for machines and managing IAM user interface for engineering.
- You set up the Tech delivery for the Area IAM4Engineering and build up Engineering capabilities within the Tribe IAM
- Taking responsibility for your squads to all IAM stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement and DevOps maturity
- Play an exemplary role in Agile mindset
- Ensure that IAM related standards and policies are followed on your Tech stack, e.g. security policies
- Drives continuous learning and engineering culture

- Academic thinking and work level with preferably a Master degree in a relevant field of expertise.
- Professional with 5+ years of relevant work experience (incl. working in Simplify@Scale environment)
- Experience with leading and building (onshore/offshore) DevOps teams
- Creates, facilitates, and inspires high performing teams and is focused on the development of the team to achieve results together
- At least 10 year of (managerial) experience
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English is required.

- up to tbd gross per month (scale 10/11) including all benefits: € 110,000 (based on 40 hours, in scale 10), or € 130,000 (o.b.v. 40 uur, in scale 11) based on knowledge and experience
