This role is heavily systems-based and primarily office-facing, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager to maintain and update technical documentation and systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a liaison between the technical department and other departments within the organization.
  • Support in the investigation and resolution of technical issues as they arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to facilitate compliance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry is essential.
  • Thorough understanding of food safety and quality management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Must have indefinite right to work in the UK.
