- Customer Service Manager position dealing with a high end range of uPVC, aluminium, timber and alu-clad windows and doors direct to trade customers
- Managing a team of 14 order processors & customer service co-ordinators
- Manage the running of inbound & outbound activity; returns, complaints handling, reporting and quality checking
- Responsible for coaching & developing the team; setting KPI's and driving improvement
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service from across the department
- Assess and manage any service escalations as required
- Must have customer service experience, managing a team
- Must have experience within the windows & doors sector
- Must be confident in dealing with customers over the phone
- Commercially minded
- Excellent presentation skills & time management
