Job Summary: As the Chief Compliance Officer, you'll oversee all regulatory compliance aspects within our organization. Reporting to the CEO, you'll develop and manage compliance programs, ensuring adherence to laws and industry standards. Collaborating with teams, you'll mitigate risks and foster a compliance-oriented culture. Responsibilities: Manage the bank's compliance and risk related to money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligning with laws and standards. Establish and manage compliance controls, procedures, and reporting. Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits, addressing areas of non-compliance. Act as the main contact for regulatory agencies and auditors. Stay updated on industry regulations, updating compliance programs accordingly. Lead investigations into compliance breaches and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (advanced degree preferred). 7+ years' experience in compliance leadership, preferably in banking. Knowledge of Digital Banking and Financial Services regulations, AML, and KYC. Strong leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams.
