Our client, a well-established organisation based in rural Shropshire is looking to recruit for a self-motivated, highly organised Marketing Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be driven in a consultative way with a strong commercial focus and be confident in their approach as they look to run the market function the business.This is an excellent opportunity for a new Marketing Account Manager to join the team and help with the development of the existing and new sectors. You will be developing and nurturing client relationships and have scope to develop international sales and distribution in emerging markets.It is essential that you drive and have your own transport due to the rural location of the business.Marketing Duties
  • Supporting the business with a range of daily marketing activities.
  • Writing regular content / blogs to update to social media.
  • Formulating a basic social media strategy, ensuring that a consistent approach is taken to communicate with your audience.
  • Product photography & videography, either with samples of new ranges that come in.
  • Photography of completed projects to use as testimonials of the quality of work for future tenders.
  • Website management, including uploading product information, blogs, SEO.
  • Google Analytics
  • PR & Customer engagement
Account Management Duties
  • Responding to leads/enquiries that have been raised from your marketing duties.
  • Making contact with clients to understand what information might be needed.
  • Arranging for samples to be sent to client ahead of projects.
  • Keeping in contact with clients who have indicated an approximate timescale of when they are looking to proceed with their projects.
Skills and ExperienceTo be considered for this fantastic opportunity we are looking for an experienced Marketing Account Manager who is comfortable dealing new and existing clients and building long lasting relationships. You will be commercially astute, highly organised, and self-motivated. Mainly dealing with executive level / affluent client; you must be articulate and professional, but still have a warm and welcoming personality to create a more personal working relationship.The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar marketing role previously, ideally in B2B product sales and will have an excellent attention to detail whilst being self-motivated in your work. IT knowledge must include Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Design) and it is essential that you are able to create marketing collateral and material and you must be fairly competent on CRM systems in general.
