- Develop and implement marketing strategies to establish and grow our presence in the Polish market
- Adapt successful strategies that work in other CARFAX markets (e.g. Spain & Italy) and bring them to life in Poland
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key influencers and strategic partners
- Create and implement marketing campaigns, and support with content creation, social media promotions, and event sponsorships
- Document, analyze and report on the outcomes of implemented actions
- Stay up-to-date with social media, AI, industry trends and competitors to ensure that our marketing strategy remains innovative and effective
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals
- 3+ years of experience as (Online-) Marketing Specialist
- High affinity for topics related to the automotive industry.
- Extensive operational knowledge of (digital) marketing channels and tactics.
- A result-focused attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong relationship & organizational skills.
- Language skills: Polish native, business English at a professional level.
- An existing network of influencers, agencies or other marketing relevant players is a plus.
- Agency- and/or experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
