Liaise with local customers and identify their needs2. Coordinate with R&D department to prepare samples according to customer's needs3. Deliver completed samples to customer4. Process customer's order5. Liaise with production and logistic department to ensure on time delivery of shipments6. Deliver invoice to customer and follow up with payment collection7. Attend to customer enquiries and complaints8. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor9. Follow workplace procedure and wear PPE set or other safety equipment when necessary10. Adhere to company 's ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Environmental System and Procedures at all times_11. Perform 5s and housekeeping dutiesRequirments1. Min 2 years sales experience in any field2. Strong communication and presentation skills ( Must Fluent in Mandarin and better fluent in English and Malay also )
