- Launching of new models employing the APQP methodology.
- Partaking in weekly Project meetings, providing follow-up to pending open items.
- Follow-up to trials and results with the prior scheduling, as seen in the APQP.
- Emission and control of IPP/variation control labeling (Turning Point control).
- Ensure the on-time delivery and form of PPAP documentation, previously validated with the cross-functional team, for the client’s approval.
- Inventory material control for new models.
- Management, validation, and implementation of Engineering changes across the trial stage.
- Coordination of activities/follow-up through weekly Engineering changes meetings.
- Participate in the company-provided training.
- Participate in the Layered Process Audits, as scheduled by the QMS team, with the different operative areas.
- Should it be required, participation in cross-functional team projects.
- Participation in IATF audits / corrective action preparations.
- Compliance with the internal guidelines and policies, both in conduct and environmental, health and safety.
- Correct use of facilities, resources, and PPE.
Related Experience
- New Product Introduction medium and long term projects using APQP methodology; Follow-up to internal audits; Knowledge of lab tests of electrical and/or plastic components, metrology. Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of IATF standard, ISO9001, ISO14001, Core Tools.
- 5´s, Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC (CORE tools).
- FMEAs, Control Plans, drawings interpretation.
