- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve audio-video system issues, including conference room setups, projectors, displays, and audio equipment.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain audio-video solutions for meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the setup and support of video conferencing systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document support activities, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of audio-video equipment.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role, with exposure audio-video systems.
- In-depth knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10 & 11.
- Experience troubleshooting audio-video systems, including codecs, and conferencing platform ( Microsoft Teams).
- Strong understanding of network connectivity, protocols, and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
