Help deliver world-class and industry-leading support to global clients;
Providing front-line support to our clients across phone, email, chat, and social media;
Providing excellent client service in the area of finance;
Answering queries from our clients on all of products and platforms;
Resolving trade queries and disputes;
Providing clients with technical support.

You are the right person for the role if you:

Are fluent in English;
Are fluent in Dutch (written and spoken);
Have advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Have an action-oriented approach to problem-solving.
