Have at least 20 years of experience in the lubricant industry, with strong business acumen and a proven track record of success
Well exposed to the B2C automotive channel
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia and be able to work effectively with senior management
Good strategic thinking, ability to identify and address business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and lead the company towards growth
A strong communicator and team leader who can create a positive and productive work environment

Our client is a global lubricant company. Currently looking for a General Manager that will be responsible of growing the business through both internal sales and acquisitions while managing sales managers and implementing global business strategies.
