附加條件： - Extensive knowledge of radio communication theory and digital signal processing are required
- Solid understanding on fundamentals of wireless communication physical layer and/or MAC layer concepts is required.
- Research or development experience for CDMA and/or OFDMA based systems is required.
- Extensive system analysis/simulation experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) are required.
- Capability of independent Research and working with new technologies are required.
- experience in any wireless system implementation is a major plus.
- knowledge of RF Propagation and channel modeling is a big plus.
- knowledge of MIMO and/or Array Antenna is a plus.
- knowledge of the UMTS LTE and/or WiFi radio access network design is a plus.
- Background in cellular networks infrastructure is a plus.
- experience in FPGA implementation and/or imbedded software design is a plus.
- Laboratory hands-on experience and/or Field measurement/test experience is a plus.
