Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to quote projects, provide rates, and secure new business through effective sales and cross-selling strategies.
Offer support to existing clients, including project modifications, general inquiries, and payment processing.
Communicate effectively with a diverse client base from Ireland, the UK, France, Canada, and the USA, adapting to various English accents.

Minimum Requirements

A positive and proactive attitude, with self-motivation and a commitment to excellence.
Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking across different programs.
Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills, with a clear speaking voice.
Openness to continuous learning and performance enhancement based on feedback.
Suitable home office setup for remote work (post-training) meeting all technical requirements.
