Purely due to growth and business success, there is now an opportunity to join the team as a Senior Account Manager.The RoleWorking within a team of 5, reporting directly to the Sales Manager and Director of the business you, will be responsible for nurturing and growing key accounts.
Specifically you will:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, delivering a high degree of service
  • Deliver on your service level arrangements ensuring a positive customer experience and repeat business
  • Identify project needs, facilitate and coordinate the service they require through the project lifecycle
  • Effectively networking - identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Qualify, quote and close new sales opportunities
To be considered for interview, you will have:
  • Previous account management and client relationship experience
  • Demonstrated experience in reigniting and expanding existing accounts
  • An understanding of how government projects works and strong stakeholder management in similar processes
  • A natural interest and curiosity in technology
  • Problem solving abilities with strong interpersonal skills
  • A high attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience in servicing a client portfolio of Government and Defence customers is highly regarded
  • An understanding of products available from major IT brands will not go unnoticed
  • The ability to commit to monthly interstate travel – 1-2 days in length
