- Act as the right-hand to the Product Development Manager, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and processing expenses
- Organize and maintain all product information and data in centralized repositories
- Coordinate sample product requests and distribution for marketing, sales, and customer feedback
- Manage routing and submission of product information and assets through established approval workflows
- Compile briefing documents and presentation materials for cross-functional meetings
- Take detailed notes and document key decisions during product meetings
- Track project timelines, milestones, and ensure on-time completion of deliverables
- Liaise with other functions like operations, regulatory, packaging, etc. as needed
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, reporting as required
- Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of relevant coordinator/administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience with project management tools and ability to create/update project plans
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and aptitude to learn new software/applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player with positive, professional attitude
