NHS Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) - Recovery Team

• Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
• NMC Registration
• Experience of working in the community, should be familiar with Caseload Management and administering depot injection
• Have knowledge of crisis intervention and general mental health procedures in the community together with physical health needs of patient on their caseload
• RiO user - access to RiO/knowledge of using RiO
• Have knowledge of Recovery CPA Documentation which include DIALOG+, My Safety Plan, Adult Risk Management
• Caseload Management skills

• Depot Administration skills
• Duty Work Crisis Management/Intervention skills
• Managing physical Wellbeing of patient skills
• AMHP Referral and Liaison skills
• Joint working with other outside agencies skills
